What's Wrong with Atheism?

Well, it turns out that it's actually a religion - and a very dysfunctional, schizophrenic, seat-of-your-pants, denominational religion at that! I'm tired of all the denial of reality by the people under this godless delusion thinking that it's simply a non-belief. It's NOT. It's an absolute affirmative statement that there IS no God - and it carries with it all kinds of baggage. It does NOT operate in a vacuum and never did. What you combine it with is up to you, but don't come at me anymore with some nonsense about you simply just don't believe in God and it has no other effect or impact or is not inextricably blended with other belief systems in the collage of faith you have constructed.

Respectfully and lovingly - Take all your high-sounding intellectual arguments about how righteous you are and how world peace would come if only religion were abolished ... and stuff it. I don't intend that to be mean, it's just that it's stupid and I'm not buying it anymore. Frankly, I never did, but I'm tired of hearing it, so crucify me quick or get over it, cause I'm not going to stop saying this stuff.
