  • For everyone who wants a nice body (model, bodybuilder, beachboy,...), eating is the key.

I'm not shitting when I say that 70% of your results depend on what you eat every day

(try 3000kcal a day, with no junkfood, and at least 120g proteines a day).

The other 30% of the results is gained through your work-out in the gym.

    Food is everything

  • how can i look like this guy i have been working out but i really want this model body

  • @lemoure This guy looks about 5'8 or 9.

  • @MegaAbfuck True story! :p

  • @lemoure I'm not really sure what an "appropriate" height for a model is but you should be good. I really want to model for hollister, I definitely have the body for it but I'm only around 5 4" or 5 5" I've never modeled before but I think it'd be pretty cool having my picture on the big hollister sign in our mall

  • @sonno13 the number 1 "secret" ^^ of gaining muscels :D :D

  • @TealisCoolable lol, hes getting paid to look good. even if the pain in his muscles is a lot, the happiness of how amazing his job is just balances it out to an emotionless stare.

  • im 5'9". too short to model? i have a ncie body (need to get bigger but in def cut out). people tell me i should try to model (but i dont really take them seriously). i was just wondering if im too short to even give it a try.

  • @TheCharlieohagan Use the "Shrink Wrap" method. Drop to your desired bodyfat % through strictly cardio, let your muscle mass decrease a bit. Get really trimmed out and stay that way for a couple months so your skin pulls in, then bulk up and you'll have a really cut look.

  • @FrankyVInt2010 basically upper back, abs, pectorals, biceps, forearms, and shoulders. just google exercises for those. Thats how i learned good luck man

  • 4 pack?

  • @VoxViewer123 BECAUSE HATERS GONNA HATE!!!!!!
