  • Uncle Michael, do you still travel to HK now?

  • @Angelyoon I'm too old (82) to travel to HK, but my heart takes me often back to the old times.

  • Hi Michael, Would you mind if I would like to ask you one more question. Will you prefer to stay either in Hong Kong or Japan if you are really forced to choose one place to live in Asia? Which our 2 different cultures you like most over your past experiences?

  • @albertsamtam At the time I would have preferred Hong Kong certainly. The countries have changed so much in the past sixty years that I wouldn't know what to choose now. Anyhow I do not travel anymore except by cruise ship from Amsterdam.

  • sorry to hear that

  • @queenshussars Sorry to hear of your parents divorce. Wish you all the best in the metropolis. I used a Paillard Bolex 16mm camera.

  • @queenshussars Do you live in Hong Kong? What is your email address?

  • @albertsamtam Thanks for you reply. I am glad that you preferred Hong Kong at the time. My brother-in-law's uncle family are living Amsterdam, Netherlands, they have migrated to your country over 20 years. But they would timely come back to Hong Kong for travelling. Hope you can come to see nowadays' scene of Hong Kong again and my wife and I are very eager to be the guide for you.

  • Dear Michael or Uncle Michael,

I have been watching a lot of your footage of Hong Kong and now that I learn you are a Dutch, I must drop you a thank you note. I was under the impression that you were a Brit and now your answers explain your generousity and kindness in shooting the video and sharing with the Hong Kong government and the public. It will be treasured for years and years to come. A big big thank you from us all.
