Their technicality isn't even that special in death metal scene...there is so many technical bands doing pretty much the same stuff as necrophagist but still Necro is the one getting most of the praise? That's exactly why Necrophagist fans are another major problem I have with this band.
What necrophagist should do is stop trying to create such "perfect" and sterile sound and then actually sit down to write some heavy variable music...I did really enjoy their old demo stuff!!

The reason I hate necrophagist is because I feel absolutely NO atmosphere in any of their music whatsoever, as well as all their songs sound the same and their records are terribly over-produced...Muhammad always has to make his guitar the loudest fucking instrument in the album and the guitars are so clean that it doesn't really even sound death metal! They sound more like dragonforce with Chris Barnes on vocals...all for their drums the bass drums sound EXACTLY like the snare! Way too robotic
