  • I bet you have a killer wig collection.

  • Well if you are still in foreclosure just make them produce the note.Note being the contract you signed with the bank. You dont want a copy of your contract they need to show the original "Wet Ink Contract" Not to mention they must show the contract and the deed at the same time to show possession of ownership. And its 90% chance they cant do it because the note was sold on the market.Even if you are out of the house now,go file suit against the bank and get it back.

  • This is great info. Classy lady

  • Why in god's name would anyone would want to prolong the agony of this process?? If you can't afford the payments thus promting a foreclosure why the fuck would you want it back? They should spend their energy getting into something they can afford rather than trying to screw the bank. People who go into default should 'man up' and take some responsibility and work with the bank throughout the process. It can only make life easier for them rather than fighting with them. God damn.

  • Yowsah! I shonuff beez savin' yo crib from bein' fo'closed by da white folks! Lord ham mercy.

  • This is Bullshit!!! As soon as I found out I was very ill with little income I reached out and was told they would not work with me, but let them know when I go back to work because then they could cut the payments in half! Ya, thanks...if I hadn't gotten so ill and was able to work I don't need anything from them.

  • Bullshit. Your option is to move the fuck out of the house. The bank does not want to work with you. That is a lie! She isn't giving any real info here. Please.

  • I have a question for you. My wife and I are both on the mortgage, but only my wife is on the note. If our house goes into foreclosure, will my credit be affected? Also, if I buy another home in my name only can the bank put a lien on my new house? Please advise. Thanks!
