It looks absolutely delicious. It's a shame most Indian restaurants in my area all serve the same stodge with no passion whatsoever. This place is definitely unique. Also, does anyone know the kind of spice grinder's Kaushy using? I'm not sure if that model's still available.

A bit of a let down as no amounts are given therefore would be very difficult to replicate at home. Otherwise well presented and explained.
