  • This video was made at a time when people and the prosperity of common good was valued and not just in the meat industry but across all sectors of industry.

Sadly today our governments are bought by global corporations and bow to their greed driven practicess which only consider the bottom line and have no compassion for the country or the well being of the individual.

    Good video

  • In a nut shell you can't have meat without killing. Plain and simple. Just like you cannot have t-bones and new york strip.

  • Awesome!

  • PETA didn't exist 50 years ago, when this film was made. I wouldn't consider the PETA videos over-dramatized, because most people assume (or don't give a crap) that meat is still produced in this fashion. The "externalities" of the industry are far too costly to our society for us to remain ignorant. Try living next to chicken houses or downstream from a CAFO (confined animal feeding operation) and then see if you still consider these methods a "normal process."

  • this is way better than any of those PETA videos that over dramatize the normal process of making meats, thanks!
