A scripture song I composed in 1989 to the glory and honor of God and for the purpose of hiding His Word in my heart.

Fear not: for I have redeemed thee.
I have called thee by thy name.

They shall not overflow thee:
When thou walkest through the fire,
Thou shalt not be burned;

@guitmartiman Yes that expresses what i'v felt many times. A spectacular voice often does intimidate people

rendering them passive. The less a songs inner message true message is truly apprehended and connecting the more important it to have a "nice carrier" a nice or beautyfull voice and orchestration. Thanks for sharing the song, I'm going to check what else you have on youtube.

These verses are very, very, very special to me.....

He used them in my life at a time when I first seen and noticed the way He truly does SPEAK through his word.

I got so excited and happy after crying I jumped up and down and started yelling out praises to God in the wee hours of the morning.

But to have it in song form? Its like listening to David from psalms.
