SVR2010 Showcase - Reimi Jyahana

If you ask me, there's nothing like a CAW showcase to whet the appetite before digging into a new story. This one's a little unusual for me; I don't normally make CAWs based on real people or other characters (let alone anime), but this one's a special request from someone in my Yahoo group, the Backlot. I dug the concept and the way she suggested I work this character into my storylines, so I said "Why the hell not?"

Oh, and don't feel bad for her opponent, Sgt. Rochelle; she gets her turn in my next storyline. ^_^

Miranda/Kitami would win. Both are just too powerful for the Majestic Rose and ArchMagess to overcome

Um...I think this would be a good time to point out that my experience with anime is limited to "Ghost In The Shell" (which I barely remember), the first half of "Akira," and a Golgo 13 movie from about 1982. Other than that, I'm a stranger in a strange land; if I were sitting in the room with you during this conversation, you'd see a lot of smiling and nodding. ^_^

yeah, reimi turned out well (wish the hair could be more like hers but know there are limitations).  and purple hair is always appreciated by vikings^^ her bathing suit is different than the business suit you sent-but it fits her well^^. are those bowling balls underneath...?

grafton nailer and thorn whip are excellent. hope they're used on a more curvaceous/lithe gal (kitami) rather than amazon/manly gals...reimi could have fun with a proper kitami caw. a better story line.

Don't get me started on limitations. I can understand a male wrestler not being allowed to hit a Diva, but shouldn't a heel Diva be able to punch the referee in the stones if he makes a bad call? I'm just sayin.'

The move I used for the Thorn Whip is a gogoplata choke. I think it's used quite a bit in MMA; the Undertaker uses it in WWE and calls it Hell's Gate.

And by the way, most of my Smackdown CAWs are on the curvy side...in some cases, VERY curvy. ^_^

perhaps it's a matter of perspective, although know you disagree. could be miranda's family unhinged her: reimi was probably an unsettling daughter and her husband undoubtedly didn't appreciate her^^

glad you have the responsibility of no. 2. but too bad reimi and you are worried about miranda or others participating^^ yeah, leave reimi to the amazons/fbbs/giants/twinkies/e­tc. maybe there's a place for glamerous gals w/creative stories somewhere...

not gonna bring Miranda in. M42 rarely uses divas other than his creations. Reimi is the exception because I am like his second in command

miranda is an excellent character-true, a misdirected powerful genius, but a goregeous and intelligent one nevertheless. a truly interesting creation with some "personality" to go along with her brilliant good looks^^ is it worth it sending you a message directly?

well, still not found of a reimi/miranda match-up in some sense, but perhaps after you install reimi somehow miranda could later come on the scene. she would make these other characters (ex-reimi) pale in comparison...
