You take point A and B, the you make a right angle line creating a cross hair the same as in a rifle scope, then you measure between the right angle lines from radius to radius straight across to the intersection to find the centers and draw your additional lines. It's way easier than this drawing shows, you only need to know one formula ( 3,4,5 ) and you can go from here to the moon
