材料:滷肉、鹽、糖、海苔粉 做法:先用清水把滷肉清洗去除滷汁,再來準備調理機把滷肉倒入絞碎,準備鍋子把滷肉末倒入,開小火持續攪拌慢炒,因每人滷肉的味道不一樣所以適量加點鹽、糖來調味,把肉末炒到乾大約30分鐘即可,最後再加點海苔粉來拌炒一下,這樣即可裝盤完成好吃的肉鬆
