Ok, this same procedure can also help with other websites that have flash videos.
REMINDER...The bigger the flash video file..the longer your gonna have to wait for DownloadHelper to grab the complete flash file..So basicly you wanna wait until the Video is 100% playing from begining to end.

These 2 programs work together like a Quarterback and the Wide Receiver for a Touchdown. =]
Note!!! In the end of my video...The video does not show because HyperCam couldn't pick it up. But see for yourself. It should work!!!

Once you downloaded it from YouTube, you need to convert it to MPEG 4.
So you might need a converter for that.

If you converted the flash file to a video by using prism you should not have a problem viewing it. If you do, try getting XCodecs(google it).
If you want to burn those files into a dvd, you can, but most likely your dvd burner won't view it as most are not AVI,MPEG,WMV compatible. Try getting ConvertXtoDVD. It converts your videos into dvd file so that your dvd player can view and run.
