my dad would make something called in french "des ponces au gin" which was probably a bit like a hot toddy but with gin... take care !

LOL..you would think so but it has to be white cotton socks.

Good stuff Nancy! I've heard that bit about the hair but mine's too short to try it. Witch Hazel was always in the house when we were kids. I'd forgotten it. Mom used it for swelling and such too. You make me smile! :)
