He can press the notes fast, but he's butchering the piece, and not just with all the wrong notes. If this is the only version you've heard, I beg you to listen to someone real play it. Its meant to be taken slowly and passionately. He is gifted with dexterity, but not with musicality. Granted its a hard piece, but this is barely recognizable with the tempo and all the wrong notes.
