I was surprised when I rummaged through YouTube not finding the famous Indian devotional song of Buddhist origin. At last an old cassette, Album Name Prarthana Sangeet sung by Calcutta Youth Choir came as great help. The pictures are being taken from Google Search Engine to enrich the visual as far as possible.

It's a pleasure. A song is judged by 3 aspects. (1) The feeling it transpires vocally. (2) The Tune (3) Its phonetics. In my opinion all these 3 aspects are present in both the songs and I wish to share with & showcase to all who aspires to sing this song.

BTW does Madam still undertake public performance? Have not heard her live for years. Might one day suggest Tara Bangla to host her in "Aaj Shokaler Amontrone"

@lord2010dasgupta she performs in public performance only when she is in Kolkata. Currently she is in Mumbai. Will surely inform you whenever we have a live show conducted by her. But due to old age she can't hit the high notes. So most of the songs in which she had her lead voice is performed in chorus.
