As you were saying?

Yeah but there are alot like him, i dont know how far you go back, but if you remember Mo Vaughn, great homerun hitter for the sox, once he left boston he sucked, and what was interesting is he looked like ortiz, very fat. if you dont know who he is google image. manny players have come to bopston and rocked. Fred Lynn a redsox player in the 70's he won rookie of the year and Mvp the same year, left boston and sucked. some people were born to hit in fenway.
-
he was also young and working on his hitting. im sure he would look alittle thinner if he was on the roids. there are tons of players in the history of baseball that have similar stories as ortiz, what is amazing, is the players who win rookie of the year awards and stay consistent.
-
oh please! Ortiz may not be on the Mitchel Report but its odd that when Ortiz was on the Twins he stunk but when he comes to the Red Sox he's a hero.
Yeah he has Manny protecting him but if not roids its a hitters ball park. His first HR this season at Fenway wouldnt be a HR in any other ballpark.

You guys are sick, we dont even give ortiz 16 million! He's alittle better than avg. and should be paid 8 million. Probably nothing now, since he's an HGH user.

Don Imas got it wrong: the lady Rutgers basketball team are not a bunch of knappy headed ho's; Clemens and Pettit are.Hey Roger and Andy move out of Texas Jerks.
So let's see, so all Boston did to their pitching was add unproven Matsuzaka. They moved their lights out closer into the rotation and filled his spot with Donnely and Romero? Yeah, OK. The Red Sox had a negative run differential last year and the Yankees had one of the best in baseball, and all the Yankees did was improve their rotation and bullpen while keeping the same offense. Yeah, ok.

Clemens isn't needed on the Yankees. They already have 5 guys in the rotation and Clemens is going to ask for $10-15 million to pitch half a season? No thanks.
