  • I started off being able to do 15kg. Now I use 8kg. Not because I got weaker, but because now I know how do them properly.

    15-20 endurance

    20-30 endurance

    very important to have some endurance in your workout to release some hormones for growth. and ofc be able to do more reps than others before you get tired.

  • im considering taking steroids when im older.they arent as bad for you as portraid i know people who have taken them

  • @gurkis35 theres no such a term like "toning"

    6-12 reps goes for mass

    and 1-5 goes for strength

  • @Apidium of what I've heard. High reps will tone down, Low reps(high weights obviously) will give u more bulk...
