Yes its the 290. And you probably wont notice the yellow if you don't have a TZ sitting right next to it. Its the difference between a yellow backlit LCD display and a blue backlit LCD display. For some reason Sony went with the blue one on the TZ and a yellow one on its precedessor, the TT.
