The original Jack Rose's Bastard was a successful midge pattern designed by and stocked by Parks' Fly Shop from around 1960 until 1980, and was featured in the book Tying and Fishing the West's Best Dry Flies. This new version is simpler to tie and just as effective. Recipe at www.parksflyshop.com/flytying.htm
I'd also like to note that we're currently running a major promotion for large-scale early guide trip bookings. See www.parksflyshop.com for more information.
