10、臥虎撲食式

  右式:接上式;逆呼吸;兩目平前視,上式結式為雙拳停於腰際。右腳向前邁一大步。左腳跟掀起,腳尖著地,成右弓步;同時俯身、拔脊、塌腰、昂頭,兩臂於體前垂直,兩掌十指­撐地,意在指尖。式定後約靜立半分鐘。

  左式:身體起立,左足向前跨一大步,成左弓步,作臥虎撲食左式,凡動作相反,為左右互換,式定後約靜立半分鐘。
