A documentary made about the Lincoln and Welland Regiment of St. Catharines Ontario competing in the Cambrian Patrol.

The Cambrian Patrol is said to be the hardest and most grueling infantry competitions in the world.

The Lincoln and Welland Regiment is an infantry reserve unit which consists of the Niagara Region of Southern Ontario.

The team trained for 8 months but due to the difficult terrain and injuries they could not finish the competition, although they did achieve near perfect scores up to their fall out point.
