I have made a lot of the same progress as you talk about. You are extremely emotionally intelligent and insightful, in a way that I only ever really see in people who have lived with SA. I am always shocked when I see that the population has such a poor understanding of themselves and other people. There is nothing good about SA but through necessity, the people affected develop a spectacularly special and rare character that anyone would be lucky to know

Hi Mark, have you moved out of your parents' home and if so, how old were you when you moved? I have SA, am 29 and still haven't moved out although i wonder if living on my own will help with my SA.

I'm glad you have improved :) and doing well. Guys/Girls exercising work!!! One thing that helped me improved!! Also exposure.

I'm going to fix my image and go to theraphy ASAP.
