  • hi when i try and hockey stop i am stopping but then i almost fall over any advice and sometimes i just spin

  • @VenommsHD There are a lot of different factors that will cause you to spin or turn, i.e. not bending your knees enough, not keeping your skates shoulder width apart, weight in the wrong places and also leaning towards to the direction your turning. Join our forum page at hockeytutorial. com give us more detail and we'll be able to help you overcome this.

  • Can you do it the other way for example your right leg first ?

  • dude thank you so much cause now i can spray super high after this

  • jak Was proszę, przetłumaczcie to na Polski :D

  • @iGotHex I was too...just do it at slow speed for a while focusing on your front stopping leg until you get some confidence that it will slide. You can add the back skate after that. Knee & elbow pads are good too so you can fall without fear. I've gotten it down pretty well to one side...still struggling a little using my left foot as my stopping leg but I'll get there. I'm hoping we get a nice cold winter so I can practice a lot!

  • took me 2 hours to re-learn how. dont worry. its all about how confident you are

  • im more intrested in the background

  • can you spray with the skate hire skates or not?? i'm still savin up for skates

  • Muse - Uprising in the background :)
