The Powertec Multi System has many supplementary exercises that are not included in the Powertec promotional material. It is these extra exercises that make the Multi System a top home gym.

In this video Brad shows you how to perform these extra back exercises. Building a strong back is critical in building a powerful physique. That is why having several good options for working back sets the multi system apart from other home gyms.

The new machine comes with a close grip bar for the bench press arm. You can do close grip bench press and overhead tricep extensions with this.

For traps you can do shrugs and upright rows

  • @SamsFitnessComAu awesome thanks ;)

  • Hi,

Forget about how much weight you are lifting and how it compares with barbell press.

Your aim should be isolating and working the chest.

So next time you train use a lot less weight and concentrate on keeping the tension in your chest.

Slow down the negative part of the movement, slight pause at the bottom and press out. When you are at the starting point still keep your chest tense.

If you are doing it right your chest should be toast!

    Thanks, Sam.

  • THis is a great machine i improvise and do my own exercises too.. I do the standing push press and i set the bench press bar high for dips and i use the benchpress station for upright rows i think there called...you take the bar from ur belly button and lift it to under the chin. I like the safety value of the system but say the bench press does not carrier over to the benchpress bar for instance i can do 360 for 6 reps not counting the bar on the and know i wouldnt come close on the barbell!
