HU HU HU so humble you are. The art of self defense is about passion for life, so show me you fangs next video! Skill has nothing over the heart one who is willing to sacrifice their own is true Kata to meh! Mercy is not due to the enemy remeber that.

Well, i was only thinking practising, i know my hips and harms synchro is bad on that video, but the novice has worked since then. Thank you as well for your commentary, i'll try and replace this one.

Ahhh what were you thinking!! Keep your arms swing in sycn with you hips. Therefore when you swing your not only swinging with your arms but your legs. but... not bad for a novice

I don't compete in any tournament, but i do love learning and practising the katas of Mushin Ryu (and of other schools^^).

Oh thank you for your comment. That video really was a first attempt as a video project i have on the Mushin Ryu katas. I can do better shaped movements, u_u, i do promise making a correct video next time. Let's train more and more!
