秋葉原Akihabaraからつくばへと向かいます。
途中、常磐線や常磐道と並走します。

  • 首都圏の在来線ではトップクラスの速さです。

    まさに「飛ぶように」景色が流れてるという感じですね。

  • The clip has terrebly greenish cast. This is well known Panasonic's 600/700 series problem. Try to use manual WB and a trick, 'cause the camera doesn't want to keep Manual WB settings.

Search for "Panasonic xx300\600\700 bondi blue (turquoise)? bias issue" on reputable AVS? Forum

  • @NEXPAR This line's maxmium speed is 130km/hour. It's the new line, but just local train, so not permitted to run faster than that. Possibly it runs 160km/h near future.

The Tōkaidō Shinkansen you took in 1978 traveled 210km/h at that time, and currently runs 270km/h.

But anyway this train is very fast as a local train around Tokyo.

  • How fast is this train traveling at?

    どのくらいの速この列車で旅行ですか?

I rode the Bullet Train from Tokyo to Kyoto back in 1978. I don't think it did anything over 80 MPH

    私は東京から京都に戻って1978年には新幹線に乗りました。私はそれを80 MPHの上で何もなかったとは思わない

  • Tsukuba Express (Passes Asakusa, Aoi, Rokucho, Yashio, Misato-chuo, Nagareyama-centralpark, Kashiwanoha-campus, and Kashiwa-Tanaka Stations or Stops Akihabara, Shin-Okachimachi, Minami-Senju, Kita-Senju, Minami-Nagareyama, Nagareyama-otakanomori, and Moriya Stations)
