This is my 1973 Arctic Cat Panther 440. This sled does not run. It has multiple problems. It also had problems when we first bought the sled. So the problems are not from being outside and not under cover. We tried to get it fixed at our local sled and cycle shop and it worked for a while and then it stoped working once again.

  • yeah i gotta do some work on mine still. know anyone with a choke? mines missing

  • nice, just like a ford, found on russian dump. lol ya i wish i could buy a new motor for it but o well. its had its better days.

  • ive got a panther 440. the one with the three something is the 340 probably, if its the panther. i found mine in the junk yard, all there. cleaned out the carbs and gas tank, it runs great, cept the chokes missing. the gas tank is on the front of the sled tho instead of on the back like in this vid, and the glove box is in the back. i havent been able to ride it in the snow yet, but i am putting new rails on it and have run it (very little) in the deep gravel between where i keep it and the shop
