During the mid 1970's sprang up a Rock band from Bazerkley (Berkeley, Ca.).
Earth Quake
As far as I remember, they only got a repetition for being a great local favorite. Opening for many top headliners around the S.F. Bay Area.
And some of the band members ran an outstanding record store in Berkeley called "Rather Ripped Records". I purchased many albums there. Including their's.
They had a minor hit here with "Friday On My Mind". This version is from Winterland, S.F. Nov 26, 1974
First of all thanks for sharing this. It is outstanding. Being from Cleveland, this brings back many wonderful rock-n-roll memories. I remember how much "Cleveland Rocks". Leo and WMMS... thanks so much!

Thanks Mr. Sambanine and all the Earth Quake fans far and wide! Cleveland is great rock n roll town, where Kid Leo on WMMS and everyday Clevelanders had the especially good taste to take notice of this remarkable band! The most raunchin' and rockin' version of this amazing song.

These guys were appreciated outside of Berkeley as well. WMMS in Cleveland, Ohio played this cut from their live album every Friday at 6PM for at least 10 years.
