  • @qbsfear43 a 15 minute time on this Workout is badass. The average person might get a time between 20-25 minutes. If you're an athlete, do this along with your sport specific training.

  • so would this be the workout for the day? ive done similar workouts, these are brutal. even though its 15 min of continuous work would this be enough for a days worth of training??

  • just come down to 90 degrees and keep body straight never sacrifice form, plus everyone watch ur deadlift, light weight lots of reps makes people wanna use lots of back ur butt should be lowering not just legs bending slightly, and u should still have ur flat back form still

  • What about folks with large thighs and relatively flat, small chests? This makes it impossible to touch the floor with the chest without also touching with the thighs. These athletes would have to then break their midline at the hip and lean into the floor with their chest.
