Albert Pujols' contract is up at the end of the 2011 season. No matter what happens, I NEVER want to hear Cardinals fans booing him. Pujols owes St. Louis fans NOTHING and St. Louis fans owe him standing ovations for all time, even if he shows up in a Cubs uniform.

Just discovered your videos, Sully. You speak so much truth.
I'd never boo an Ex-Cardinal, even if they only gave me one year of joy. In the early days of cable TV, I had great fun watching Pendelton and Hernandez, even if they were wearing the wrong uniforms.
I hope Albert has ten more great years left in him. I'm just glad we'll only have to beat him in the World Series.

I sure hope Pujols stays with us, but I agree- we shouldn't boo him after all he's done.

I'm a Cards fan & it will break my heart if I have to see Pujols wearing any other uniform next year. And it'll make me sick to my stomach if it's a Cub's uniform. But, no matter what uniform he's wearing, I'll stand up & cheer him any time I'm lucky enough to be in a ballpark where's he's playing.

Great work yet again, Sully. I couldn't agree more. I don't even like it when fans boo struggling players (highly paid or not) on their own team. If a player does something morally reprehensible or leaves your favourite club on bad terms after years of poor performance then I can sort of understand it (though personally I would not participate because I think that booing makes the person who is doing it look bad), but otherwise I just don't get it.
