  • Oh, by the way, I want to address Estrogen, things that increase Estrogen in Men's bodies are: Beer, Hard Liquor, (not Red wine though), Less than 6hrs of sleep, preservatives in processed foods especially Sodium Nitrate in Meat, pesticides (non organic fruits & veggies), soy isoflavones which mimics estrogen & Saturated Fat in Meat, Eggs & Dairy. Decrease the Estrogen raising things in your life. Drink Vanilla Almond Milk, it's good to decrease Estrogen & has more calcium than cow's milk.

  • @fuckwackemcees If men consume Meat, Eggs & Dairy 7 days a week they have a higher chance of Erectile Dysfuntion or Impotence, in other words, they can't get hard. If enough Androgen from meat goes through the Prostate, it will cause Prostate Cancer. Strokes, Diabetes & Kidney Failure usually happen in a daily meat eating society & are in far less incidences in countries that eat less meat

  • @fuckwackemcees I think you mean: Cruciferous Vegetables & yes, Vegetables are lower glycemic, healthier foods than Fruits. Everyone i know that eats Meat, Dairy & Eggs 7 days a week has big man breasts & a gut but i challenged them to eat, meat, dairy & eggs only once a week & they all lost weight but still are lifting around the same.
