the most important thing that he says in this video is nothing in your life has to change... we need NOTHING. its here right now, so when you say we need to experiment for the rest of your life that means it needs time. but it doesnt need time. it is not you who is thinking about the vehicles needed to get to it. but you are ultimately it no matter how much you try to add it to you. how does this sound... to you?

You're more qualified than anyone else to know what the right vehicle is for you. Remember he said that it should take you gently inward. Whatever takes you there, be it prayer, a cup of tea, a song, a comfy pillow to sit on or hold, a hot bath, incense, candles, mantras, whatever little thing helps you be in deep peace. Feel free to experiment for the rest of your life developing this a little at a time. There's no one true answer, just whatever feels right.
