if i was one of those guys, what i would do is when during my break, i would tell the other guy if he wants to have a stilt fight, first one to fall on his ass loses.

@shitfacedsumbitch, I second that! Could'nt agree more all they want is work. They bring their illegal family & friends over & suck our work and resources dry. All for free. Don't wonder why they drive Cadillac's. I'm not saying all of them are like that, and I'm not racist either, just help put into the pot & take only when necessary, and come here legally.

i am hispanic, I am a foremant at a big company, Phase 2. drywall & Frame.
most of my worker are hispanic, few of them are white, all of my workers have to do quality work, (level 5).
my father in law is a finisher, he doesn't work for me and he does great great work..
what makes you think that only people with 20 or more years of experience are professional.
i have 12 years experience and i am a foreman in one of the biggest companys here in Denver Co.
spanics learn fast.. whites too..
