running with this from ubuntu, the windows is still required to have antivirus ??

Ubuntu 11.04 - Virtualbox OSE - Secondary drive with existing Windows XP without CD.
Do I have to edit the VDI file somehow? When I start the machine it tells me "Fatal: No bootable medium found" even after pressing F12

i have a problem... i need to install windows xp on oracle virtualbox 4.1.2
and after virtual hard disk it checked as start-up disk and create new hard disk... and i press next and appear and new window asking for file type... and i have 4 options...
1. VDI (VirtualBox Disk Image)
2. VMDK (Virtual Machine Disk)
3. VHD (Virtual Hard Disk)
4. Parallels
which one i have to choose...
please i need to quick answer...

@raiderszuck Depends on what type of computer you have. If you have at least 4GB of RAM and a decent graphics card, you could maybe assign 2GB of RAM to the VM and play from there. If you have a computer like mine, don't even try. Mine lags heavily on Internet Explorer, let alone a game. As a whole though, it isn't really recommended to play a game inside a Virtual Machine.
