One last thing. Taekwondo is only word, true there are sports out there, but only those that train the mind with their art get the real benefits. TKD is only a tool, and a real master knows this, so those that want to squabble and waste your time to make yourself look better, time to look in the mirror.

I know GMM does the true ITF Technique these days and is one of the best TKD technicians I know. IT's easy to say that black is black and white is white but when you spend a lifetime of improving, black isn't really black anymore.

Even between all the old masters back then there were so many variations of technique within the style of TKD that none of them agreed on anything but the name Taekwondo. As evolution has it, The Gen. set out guidelines and it took many, many years for these techniques to filter out over the ITF. Taekwondo is a blend of several arts and those than were around in the older days, know that these older arts were still very visible in the patterns as you can see in this form.

For all those saying "This" or "That" about what what is and what is not here is my opinion not that it matters but here it is. GMM is my senior in TKD and I have known him since 1971. We go back a long way and all those that were around n the 70's know how small the TKD world really is.
