I have always wondered about this too.And some of the cell pings help to establish where she was.I believe LE paid careful attention to that when establishing a timeline and the prosecution will use it too. I put a great deal of stock in what info or theories Padilla offers, because he was really in the eye of the hurricane there at one point. I am unsure of why Nancy is so reluctant to follow at times.(Maybe she was told to back off after that one guest committed suicide.) I have no idea.

If anything Nancy has sped up rather then backed off of her guests. Nancy has been down right cruel and rude even to her lawyer friends. Nancy one day singled out one female attorney about a death in her family. It was awful, really, really awful. When Jane Mitchell co-hosted for Nancy she did a segment on Padilla with all the things Padilla said ... this too was terrible.

Has any one else notice that when Jose is escorting Casey here and there that they are holding his hand like a boyfriend /girl friend sort of thiing , not very professional at all.

Sierra, that is true.I have not seen that segment but I believe it. I was just referring to her in regards to her reactions on Cindy. I agree it's been open-season on everyone else pretty much, especially some of the lawyers.

I hope more comes out in the trial or perhaps before the trial regarding WHAT George actually saw on June 16th IF he saw anything at all. This is such a very, very gray area and needs to be explained in great detail - NOT with I saw them at 12:50 while watching a Food TV show.

So George is probably not lying about having seen Casey & Caylee at around 1:00 pm on the 16th, right? The cell phone pings show that she probably came back to the house to get her stuff, then killed Caylee, I guess. I wonder if they have any witnesses who will say that Casey showed up on their doorstep after midnight on the night of the 15th & slept over. And whether or not Caylee was with her.

There were cell phone pings that put Casey within the area of her home. Keep in mind of where Caylee remains were found right around the corner from the Anthony's home.

Ohhhhh, you're right! Interesting. Well, maybe Casey ran out of the house at midnight the night of the 15th & then came back around noon the next day, the 16th, to get clothes & things. Maybe George really did see them at the house around 1:00 pm on the 16th. Is that possible? Or were there cellphone pings that put her away from the house at that time.

Some info Padilla has is based on pings from Casey's cellphone and from the female bounty hunter that lived in the house with Casey. Think about June 15th after Cindy came home from the nursing home. There is no discussion about that evening from anyone except Cindy tucking them both in AND no info on the morning of June 16th ONLY at 12:50 PM. With a 2 1/2 year old in the house, you would have noticed Caylee watching TV, playing, eating, gettting dressed etc. Nothing has ever been discussed.

Casey ran out of the house at midnight on the night of the 15th? George lied about seeing Casey & Caylee at 1:00 pm on the 16th? How does Padilla know this for sure? He may be right on, I just want to know where he got that info. Did he hear Cindy tell George to lie about the time? Did George confess to Padilla that he lied about the time? What?
