  • I think especially now with the economy as it is, people simply can't afford to buy quality fresh food. Obviously no one wakes up one day and chooses to become overweight or obese, so the problem here is at the source, the food industry. Also the addictive nature of chemical additives keeps us "hooked" on their fast, tasty, and cheap food products. The world would be a better place if companies and governments cared about consumers.
