K, first off the reason the sound is ahead of the video is because he used a direct upload on probably a slow connection. second @Zoidberge You sir fail. Now onto my point... I agree with everything pretty much, As it is rather stupid that they prevented any of the orginal idea's... more than 40% of the oil spill could have been prevented by now if they would have just let them try to stop it... And the sand bags really would have helped a ton...
