  • The simple way to stop this crap and the 'FLOW' is to headbutt, lol. Energy/sensitivity drills were Lee disease from his WC days,he would not be doing such wooden, useless, crap if he'd have lived longer. This sort of nonsense clouds the issue of real combat and dealing with violence and I don't think Lee would have wanted that, nor would any serious adult who's experienced real violence first hand. This is the immature 'Fluid' state spinning and 'trapped' (lol) in a neverending circle.

  • EXCELENTE, MUCHAS GRACIAS por estos videos, SALUDOS desde Argentina.

  • I like the flow and explanation, very important the sensitivity..and the forward energy.

  • The switches look so effortless...and yet i cant flow so easily....lol

  • Great video!

  • Very good video Sifu Allan. Alot of people think that Bruce arbitrarily threw a bunch of arts together and made a martial arts sandwich. However it is the weaving of the arts, and the understanding of the common denominaters that make it it so efficient. This is what gives the synergistic effect that is desirable. I also use sensitivity drills to illustrate this. I think you mentioned "the common thread", so basket weaving or knitting could be another good analogy.

  • Long live jkd concepts. Bravo Keith Allen, bravo.

  • its good!!!!!!!!
