No its locked down and if you get caught you will forsure got to jail. I dont like telling people how to get in because its a historic hospital generations of my family has worked in that hospital. This place is one of the first hospitals in America to perform the frontal lobotomy. Some of the stories I have heard would terrify you.

I been there many times, Ive stayed the night a few times and I know this fuckin place is haunted. I always made fun of people talking about the paranormal until I visited Central State Hospital. My grandfather retired from Central State and the stories are real. murders, rapes, suicides and more have all happened here

if you do it at the right time of night and are smart about it and quick. you can get in and out undetected. there are cameras around the security building but the rear buildings near the public park there are no cameras. all you got to do is go in through the park entrance and jump over a fence into central state, stay close to the trees and cut across a field low and quick towards one of the buildings, find a way in,and you're set. me and 3 other friends did that last night. awesome experience
