  • @introversio You would need a microscope capable of either phase contrast or darkfield observation. Most modern biological microscopes would be capable of this quality of image.

  • How are you ? I am very interested in taking up microscopy, but I am resolved, that if the images are not at least of this quality, then I will not be satisfied. Please tell me how I would be able to capture images like this.. What type of microscope is needed, what magnification/resolution and more importantly, how do you achieve such colours ? Its beautiful. Please help, thanks..
