  • Hi lovely person. Remember, if you killed yourself then the abusers won. Never let them win. If you're in child mode then call on parts of you capable of resilience, detachment for likely, they may be capable of developing parenting of the child parts of yourself. Let them keep you safe. Always remember, a patchwork quilt is still one quilt.

  • Don't take your life - you are valuable to many people and will help many by sharing this. Your life has become a contribution to others - don't let your suffering be in vain. My father was abused and took his life - such a loss to us. Courage! Many out here support you.
