Wario's Gold Mine - 00:40.224 (6th Worldwide) with Mach Bike (by Mr Bean) - Mario Kart Wii

This time has been obsoleted! My new record: 34.729 (3 pipe bounces, World Record)

I've been time trialling at Wario's Gold Mine (with my Space Mine texture hack, heh) for a while now, trying to set a decent time (ever since my old one got rudely knocked away off the leaderboard) with some pipe bounces. And I discovered that the Mach Bike is (for me) a lot easier to aim to get a correct pipe bounce, and because of it's sheer turning power it is possible to correct a lot of mistakes quickly and easily. Last night I managed to get 40.224 seconds with 2 pipe bounces, and I'm still working towards getting 3. This time is 6th on the Worldwide leaderboard, and 3rd on the European one at time of posting.
I'll post lap splits if I can figure them out later :P

I used Luigi because I don't care about the extra speed stats that Daisy has. At the moment, Wario's Gold Mine is a mess, you can set a leaderboard time using anyone because the ultra shortcut technique is so flukey. So until it's mastered, I can use who I want and still expect to be able to set a good time ;)

@havenonea LOL you seriously do need to be tought what a glitch is. It's called times trials, right? So, you don't know the definition? Well here's the thing. The object is to get through 3 laps in the QUICKEST time LEGITIMATELY. Legitimately meaning using just 3 mushrooms. This run has reached the requirements of being legitimate.
