It means that the angels who risked there lives were the firefighters and those who gave there lives to save people (the firefighters) are angels sent from heaven to protect. Those firefighters devoted their lives to those people who were in those towers and I therefor think they should be called gaurdian angels. :'(

I love this song and a brilliant video. I saw plenty angels in your video by the way. They were the ones wearing black helmets. Firefighters are the people I admire most in life. Even if I could do their job, which I freely admit I could not, I would not choose to do it. They humble me and I salute each and every one of them.

I'm sorry you were disappointed. I'm sure that Josie felt she saw a band of angels in that group of firemen from Ladder 6 that stayed with her from the 28th floor while others passed them by. The people above and below this group all perished. If Ladder 6 would have got out of the building they would have gone to the Ladder 6 truck. The Ladder 6 Truck was demolished when the Tower camd down. The crew from Ladder 6 felt Josie was their angel since, in her delaying way, she saved their lives.
