I agree with quosmo below, you are fucked up.......and the plot of the movie is much simpler than the bullshit you tried to spread. Why hasn't anybody brough up the issue of when Neo was on the ground OUTSIDE the ship in the tunnels and a whole bunch of sentinels attacked them and Neo simply raised his arm and concentraded and stopped them dead in their tracks.

The anomoly and re-occuring reboots you descibed is correct cause they needed to clean the system out cause of the impact of the anomoly (Neo). So the Matrix put reality in their minds (...which were cases like when they thought they lived outside in Zion or on their ship....) or when they thaught they were plugged into the Matrix (....which are the occurances like the fights, the doors, agent Smith, etc....).

The Matrix controlled everything, incliding the anomoly's to keep everyone happy and those that faught (...which the Matrix anticipated...), it created a revolution world just for them so that they thaught they were actually outside the Matrix fighting it.

What about how the matrix started? How is it possible to run? Where is it run? Is there like a pc somewhere running it?

The way I understood the movie, Man gave birth to machines. Machines took over humanity but before this the matrix was created. But how? The architect? What confuses me is how the matrix is runned. I understand that in the first movie neo is kind of "jacked-in" because of the pill plus liquid, but still i dont understand the matrix "world"

The first Matrix was brilliant, the second and third no so much, different writers. I like your analysis. I like to think of that "determinism" is confined to this 3D time and space and perhaps we are here to understand ourselves better. What if, there are different timelines, choice A is determined for one timeline, choice B is determined for another timeline etc... and that there are infinate timelines so that "our being" can experience everything. You essentially live every possibility.
