Hmm, you don't find this a little boring? I'd recommend not matching the lyrics and getting a 'feel' for the song and movie(s). Newborn has a great video to this song, you should check it out.

but she used the same approach that I did. The only difference between my video and hers is that she uses more cuts than I do O.o

I think there's a large difference, and I'll only judge the portion of the song you finished. She did use more cuts, but in my opinion, I don't feel any effect from this. It's just random clips to match the lyrics; no coherency or themes. The other one has some interesting techniques, but also engagingly personifies the feel of this song by addressing the movie used.
