Great to see recipes that are geared towards Diabetics. Hope the awareness towards Diabetes continues to rise! The Happy Diabetic has some really good stuff, as does Hill & Valley, they make really good sugar free and no sugar added products...keep up the good work!

It is a great idea but I couldn't see how you "shingled" the strawberries. Also, I don't know the amount of cake you had, first you cut a piece (maybe an 1/8) but then you took a piece and cut it off of the 1/8, so I don't know how much angel cake you have. But thanks for the vid! You gave me a great idea!

Chef Roberts Featured Recipe: Angel Food Fruit Bruschetta
1 Hill and Valley Angel food Cake
Splenda® Sugar or sugar substitute
1.5 c fresh or frozen raspberries
1 c fresh or frozen strawberries
1 c fresh or frozen blueberries
1 tub of non-dairy whipped topping (thawed)
Splenda® Sugar mixed with cinnamon
Light Chocolate Syrup
