rugby moves faster that american football, but its not as violent imo. yeah you dont have pads, but pads dont help much. american football youre making heavy contact with at least one person every single down, if your good, youre knocking two jokers out of the play even. rugby moves more like football, lots of running and passing to your mates. love them both, smashing games...literally
