A good way to do this is would be to choose a different kit style, very heavy for what you'd need there I think, and record a line out and sync an mp3 of the song and the video. No more hearing the pounding of the plastic :D

it sounds sometimes a little bite out of time but that's maybe the delay from the e drums to the cam
