I'm a brush collector. Hi!

This was a difficult vid for me - as I have quite the collection so picking my faves was not easy at all as I like most of my brushes! In editing the video I see that I do use a lot of brushes for highlighting for e.g. in my collection, but I really like them all so they're keepers! : D

I forgot to mention another favourite brush of mine which is the Bobbi Brown kabuki which I used to apply powders and is great for travel, or popping in your purse. I have reviewed it in my Bobbi Brown product review video so check that out too.

Hope you enjoy this vid, pse leave comments on brushes that you felt did or didn't work for you, or ones that you would highly recommend or recommend avoiding!

Have a great hols everyone!

  • hi how do u think the bobbi brown kabuki compares with the mac 182? are they made of the same hairs?

    thanks! love ur vids =)

  • I have only 'felt' the MAC 182 in the store and hvn't used it but here's my 2 pennies:

The MAC 182 is very lush, feels luxurious, because it is very very soft and very very densely packed. More so than the BB I think. The MAC also seems a bit fuller than the BB. As to its performance I hvnt used it but I think it wld be very good. I like the BB because it is a tad smaller and I feel that I cld control it more. But I think the MAC is a very good rival! hth

  • I really like the color of your lipstick or gloss? what is the name and brand? you look great by the way, have a Happy Christmas.

  • I'm wearing both l/s and gloss! I did a tutorial on it with my olive green look using Cargo products. It's Maybelline Moisutre l/s in 742 topped with MAC's Baby Sparks Dazzleglass. Happy Xmas to you too : D

  • I like your smudge brush. I think you would really enjoy the NARS smudge brush as the bristles are a bit shorter and appear to bit more dense. Absolutely perfect for smudging those eyeliners and applying more color to set the eyeliners. Sometimes I will add the main color on my eye just a tad under my lower lash eyeliner. I don't know how I had gone so long without that one and without the MAC 272 for cutting the crease. Great vid for new ideas.

  • I did waver about getting NARS or the LM, but I eventually chose the LM. A smudge brush is def a necessary brush in my colln!
